This company’s return policy is 1) unlisted in the website with full detail and 2) extremely shady. The bag looks way cheaper than what I paid for it and I wanted to return it, but I was told that there would be a 70% handling fee PLUS the cost of returning it to China. It’s just shady and duplicitous. I shouldn’t be getting back $23 for an $80 purchase. It’s disgusting.
I own two bags from Sinbono. On one of them, the hardware (which is actually painted plastic) started chipping after just two uses. I contacted them and they gave me a voucher to buy a new one. I opted for a different model. Now, after two years of very occasional use — about once every two months per bag — both bags are peeling on the edges. The “vegan leather” is a very thin layer of plastic. Their customer service is good, but the quality of the bags is disappointing.
I have not gotten my order it’s been over one month And I got an email asking how I am enjoying bag that I am yet to receive My second order and it’s a terrible experience won’t be getting any after now that’s for sure
