I wanted to leave a review specifically because of the excellent customer service I received from JM at Peak Design.
From the very first contact, JM was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Every email was answered thoughtfully and clearly, and I never felt like I was being treated as just another customer or ticket number.
What really stood out was the level of personal attention and patience. JM took the time to explain things properly, answer all of my questions, reassure me when I was unsure about the process, and keep me updated throughout. Even when something needed further checking, I was kept informed rather than being left wondering what was happening.
The communication was excellent throughout. JM was approachable, understanding and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was resolved properly. They also went above and beyond to explain how things worked and what would happen next.
It’s very easy for companies to have good policies on paper, but the person dealing with you makes all the difference. JM is a credit to Peak Design and deserves genuine recognition for the way they handled my case.

My 1st peak design stand wallet i bought 2022/10. I used it almost 4years and now it got bit damage. So i sent a email and they sent me a new same stand wallet. I really like the product and thats why i ordered again! Its so easy to use. So user friendly. Their customer service also best. Highly recommend ❤️ im from sri lanka and i got the product in 5 days. I bought this product (£70) expecting a 100% leather strap. When I opened the packaging, I was disappointed. This looks and feels more like bonded leather (a plasticised composite), a much cheaper alternative to 100% leather. It has a plastic/rubber feel and weight, with a slight leather smell. Like a cheap belt.
I’m sure it’s strong, waterproof and very durable but it wasn’t what I expected at this price point. It’s a shame the company couldn’t be upfront about it.

Amazing service. My go-to brand for camera accessories made even better by truly exceptional customer service. I took in a threenyou old, well used, camera bag for a repair and they immediately replaced it, without any fuss. What incredible service. Its also the best camera bag I’ve ever had - and I had a lot - so well thought through in terms of detail. Came recommend highly enough.

Used intensively for 7 years... then broke and PD respond present to warranty it!
I ordered early 2019 a 20L everyday backpack. I loved the construction, the comfort, the practicality and aesthetics. I couldn't care less it was designed for photographs, I used it daily to go on the field (oil and gas platforms), on offices and traveling around the world... fast forward, 2026, 7 years of use, it shows some wear signs on the pads on the lower-back, but expected with the usage, but broke the laptop zipper.
PeakDesign warranty process has been perfect and now use the V2 version with the same pleasure I had with the V1.

I had a slide strap which is at least 4 years old and it developed a fault. I never actually registered the product so I was worried that this would invalidate the warranty. Well, I needn’t have worried.
I emailed them and got a response very promptly from a chap called David.
He asked me to register the strap and then fill in the warranty form.
I now have a new strap on its way to me.
The communication has been perfect and I feel very much like a valued customer.
Customer service like this is rare so I wanted to write this review to share my positive experience with this company.

Peak design is such a good company from their products to service to communication. The way I sell their products to my friends and colleagues I may as well work for them! I have their amazing every day bag, tripod, clip and mobile stand and phone case. So good!
I have been a loyal Peak Design customer for many years. When one of my bags had a dislodged magnet after four years of use, the company immediately sent me a completely new bag. I will continue to buy their wonderful items.
I’ve been a fan of Peak Design for years — my camera strap from them still looks brand new despite heavy use. I recently had a warranty claim approved for my Everyday Case. I absolutely love the design of this case; the fabric texture feels like a premium suitcase and always gives me that nice vacation vibe.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected global shipping restrictions to my region, the fulfillment center was physically unable to dispatch the replacement.
Instead of just leaving me hanging or hiding behind generic corporate apologies, they went completely out of their way to find a real, practical solution. A huge shoutout to Marion from their support team, who escalated my case and arranged a direct PayPal reimbursement for the original purchase price I had paid at a local retailer.
They bypassed rigid system constraints to treat me like a human being. It is incredibly rare to see this level of empathy, flexibility, and dedication to doing the right thing for a customer. You make great gear, but your support team is the real reason you have a loyal customer for life!
