Almost immediately the seams and stitching were fraying. The quality of the coverup is so unlike that of their bath towels which I also own And have loved that I was left very dissatisfied

Do not order. Ripped off won’t do anything to help. I have confirmation from Sand Cloud look alike neither Shop or Sand Cloud will help.

The wait time is way too long …

The wait time is way too long to get delivery of product. First order took one month. Second order was reasonable delivery time. Third order still hasn't been shipped and the order was placed on 7/29/26. Today is 8/3/26. The product itself is great! Love the cover-ups which is why I have ordered so many. I'll be giving them as gifts.

Sandcloud sent me an incorrect product

Sandcloud sent me an incorrect product. Since receiving it I have emailed their customer service and phoned them repeatedly with no response. This has gone on for many, many days. I needed the item for my vacation in a week’s time. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Dont know what to do.

I ordered well over a month ago. I sent an email to customer service last week and they sent a link that said the order had been received (July 1) and it was being processed. I sent another email asking if it was on back order, if it got lost ???…. Crickets. I should have read the reviews.

Not the quality I expected

I’m not loving the coverup nearly as much as I did the big robe style I ordered first. The coverup faded significantly after the first wash in cold. After the second wash, also in cold water, the hemline is fraying. My first purchase has not done that. I’m probably going to use it as a short robe in the house, but definitely not as a beach coverup

Horrible customer service

I placed an order on May 30, 2026 with expected delivery within 4-6 business days. I also had one item that was a pre-order and expected to ship at a later date. My credit card was charged immediately. The shipping window came and went with no information from the company on why there was a delay. I reached out several times to inquire about my product and when it would be shipped. I finally received a response saying they got my response and are closing the ticket. No explanation, no resolve. I then asked for Sand Cloud to cancel my order and refund my money. Neither of these were honored. I did finally receive the initial product 22 days after I submitted my order and they charged my credit card. So they had my money for 22 days before I had a product. The product is not as described, but at this point, I do not trust the return process would be worth my time or effort. I made a dispute with my bank and Sand Cloud ended up being able to overturn it. This company is very shady to work with, buyer beware. Next, my preorder item had the same pattern of events. It also did not ship when promised. I reached out multiple times, asked for a cancellation and refund. No such luck. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again and caution anyone thinking of purchasing items to think twice.

I guess I should’ve looked at these reviews before I ordered. It sounds like it’s great if you actually get what you ordered, butI got sent the wrong items and I emailed multiple times with no response. It’s impossible to get a hold of them. It’s literally the worst customer service and I spent $180 on towels which itself is ridiculous but I was hoping for the best. More than two months later I finally get a response that basically says will send you what you actually ordered if you send back the wrong items first… Are they kidding me?!?! am I supposed to trust that they’re actually gonna give me my products when they can’t even get it together enough to even respond? The automated response is even offensive… It basically says we’ll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours but don’t keep emailing us. HA. So not worth it.

I absolutely love my new towels!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered these towels, but they’ve exceeded every expectation. They’re lightweight, incredibly absorbent, wonderfully soft, and absolutely beautiful. I also love their generous size. One of my favorite things is how quickly they dry, which has completely eliminated the mildew smell we used to struggle with in my daughter’s bathroom and bedroom. I’m writing this review nine months after buying them, and they’ve held up beautifully. I’ll definitely be replacing the Pottery Barn towels in my own bathroom with Sand Cloud. They’ve earned a customer for life!

The product was damaged upon delivery. I have messaged Sand cloud twice being there is not a number to call. The product is nice. Two of the three were fine. If you say you get a response in a day...Thats great, just do it.

Love it but..

I really like it, hard to get the color I wanted but settled on the solid green. Overally like advertised, only thing is the neck and head hole is a little tight and narrow. I am not a big guy and I found that I had to wiggle the head opening over my head. The neck and head opening needs to be re-engineered and made wider. I actually wrote the company to see if I got a woman's size by accident and they said they are all the same. So a Little disappointed with that. But overall I use it every night at the end of a summer day at the pool.
