I have been a loyal Peak Design customer for many years. When one of my bags had a dislodged magnet after four years of use, the company immediately sent me a completely new bag. I will continue to buy their wonderful items.
I have ordered from Schuette before when I lived in Germany and it was all great. Now that I moved to Denmark, I wanted to order from them again. I had contacted the customer service chat, which was slow and I received responses at strange times. I ordered curtains and thought of ordering more if it fits nicely in the apartment. I was supposed to receive the curtains on the 8th of July. Today, on the 9th of July, the curtains haven't even been shipped out yet. I requested a cancellation.
