I have loved every piece of clothing from this company. I also appreciate that it is a small women owned company here in the US. Shipping is always prompt and reasonably priced.

Woolx site does well for ordering, sometimes a little redundant trying to order the clothing I want, due to website design, which is a little annoying. Have sometimes ordered the wrong item due to confusion over names of underwear and socks, which can be annoying. I love the quality of most of the products. The fabric is generally very good, but sometimes the fabric is a little see through on some of the color t-shirts, and for the price I wish that was clearer when I order the product, the sheerness.

The Woolx family is committed to quality products and great customer service. The clothing is great qualilty although a bit pricy. That said, they run sales all the time that help with affordability. The ordering process including the return process when necessary is seamless. Someone actually in Endicott, NY actually answers the phone to provide customer support when needed.

I like trading with WoolX. My shirts from them have lasted and lasted (over six years now). They are a year-round wardrobe staple. I wish they would bring back the heather grey and black/grey stripe I bought several years ago.

If you are short, this is way too long. Fit like a tunic, which is not at all what I was going for. Refunds can take up to 21 days after you ship the return, despite the main page saying they will come instantly

I love the Woolx mattress pad. It’s plush and so comfortable to sleep on. I have allergies so the wool pad minimizes them.

I ordered 4 bras from this company. According to their sizing I should have been a size Small. I like bras to be loose so I ordered 3 mediums and one small just for comparison. Only one of the medium bras felt comfortable. Unfortunately the others were very tight and the small was of course was too small. When I went to return I discovered two items were final sale, meaning I couldn’t return them at all. Funny, I thought the website boasted easy and quick reviews. At this price point, they should all be returnable. During the return process, expect to be prompted to accept store credit instead, and then charged $8 to be refunded. Payment being refunded up to 3 weeks after they accept the item back. Wow. Buyer beware!! Also, of the 5 models on their site, 4 are wearing a size small. Not very helpful. Update - Customer service reached out to me and worked with me. I still found the return process needlessly stressful, and they could do a better job guiding people through better use of their models. I am enjoying one of their products, the Mila bra, the fabric is soft, tho a little warm mostly due to its coverage. Looking forward to wearing it in cooler weather.

Very disappointed in their return policy. Charging a processing fee for a first time buyer to return product. I did not feel the quality of the product was inline with price charged. Since I had never seen their product, I was not impressed when I received the products. The Ryan hoodie and Hazel tunic was pretty shapeless. Loved the feel of the material, but just was not right for me.

I have ordered a hoodie and a mystery bag. I love my hoodie so much and the mystery bag had a Cassie dress in a color I like, so I am thrilled. About ready to go on a trip to France and taking both of my Woolx clothing. Love my Woolx so much.
