Wool for the win

Wool pants look great, drape well, comfortable and warm, not itchy. Nice neutral shade of brown, pockets are a plus.

WoolX USED to be a Company with Great Customer Service and an HONEST return policy.

WoolX used to be a great company in terms of customer service. They recently made changes to their alleged "satisfaction guaranteed" policy with respect to returns. Here's the problem: Customers are no longer given an immediate credit when items are returned via the mechanisms provided by the company. This change is NOT reflected on their product return page - only when a return is necessary. NO ONE advises customers that IF they choose Happy Returns there is NO tracking mechanism - the item is just indicated as dropped off and their customer service representation advises that IF I wanted to be able to track my item I'd have needed to select USPS. Of course it's too late for that. QUICK as a rabbit to CHARGE my credit card - then also QUICK to charge a fee to return an item with NO access to tracking. And a potential 14-21 day wait for a refund. The products are good quality but customer service has been sacrificed in the interest of what appears to be the "float" - hanging onto a refund for up to 21 days. I PAID the charge and returned an item in perfect condition that was on my body for less than 1 minute and now I am waiting for a refund. With no ability to track the package in their system. Not acceptable. I'll purchase from Wool& or another reputable merino wool company in the future. All the prancing and bragging of the owner on social media cannot make for good service.

Poor returns process and exchange options

I ordered a bra from this company. It was expensive, but I’ll pay for quality. I did not like the fit. I would have exchanged for a different product, but they didn’t have anything in stock in the size I wanted and I was really looking for a wool bra. I was forced to return the product at a loss due to a restocking fee and return shipping fee. It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received my short changed refund. I’m annoyed and definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you just have money laying around to not get back for who ever knows how long.

I wanted to buy tops and pants

I wanted to buy tops and pants. The website told me that all items I am ordering are in merino wool. When I got the garments, I found out that they have less marino wool and more of polyester. We have returned them. Very deceptive website.april

Well worth the cost.

These are the best leggings. They are so comfortable and wear very well! I purchased them for travel in Europe in January and they were so warm, yet they are so comfortable to wear here where I live in Tennessee. I’ve replaced all my leggings with Woolx leggings and will never go back. Well worth the cost.

Will buy from Woolx again

The shipping was prompt, and the exchange process was very easy. I needed to exchange an item for a different size, and the company honored the price that I purchased the item at and did a one-to-one exchange. I had the option of dropping off my return without a shipping box, which I also really appreciated.

I’ve had a green wool X V-neck shirt…

I’ve had a green wool X V-neck shirt for four years. It is my go to when I want to travel or layer knowing the weather is going to shift during the day. It washes beautifully and dries in a minute, so it’s the perfect travel. I just recently purchased two more and plan to buy more colors when they stronger more saturated colors come out in the fall. I highly recommend this shirt as a wardrobe staple

Womens Joey Mid Calf Socks - soft, cozy socks, fantastic for dog walk or figure skating. or just cuddle up with to watch a movie. I've also gotten Piper Pocket Leggings - Black - MED. Hug snug to the body, very useful pocket, Skating in them was heavenly, move with the body, I felt warm and stayed dry through a hard workout and the ride home. Highly recommend superb quality. did not shrink in a wash, did not fade color. Perfect.
