The Ryann Hoodie is beautiful. The fabric is soft and substantial. I wanted to love it. However, it fit me like a men's sweatshirt- no shape and way way too long. for reference, I'm 5'7" and 155 pounds. I ordered a size medium.

Purchased a Stowe vest from there site after another recent purchase of a Boulder Hoodie. Bought the exact same size as the hoodie but the Vest did not fit. The vest was final sale but I was confident with the purchase because of the great fit of the hoodie. Unfortunately after contacting WoolX and explaining the situation they quoted it was Final sale and there are no exchanges or returns. I would have gladly taken store credit and and maybe purchased another Hoodie or socks, something I can use but no help was offered. Customer service is something lacking if you ask me

Bought a men's size L Shirtjac. Ridiculous. Like a child's shirt. Being final sale, I could not return it, but informed them there was a problem. They suggested that, "I was not familiar with my own size, and should stick to their regular, (full price-returnable) garments". Aside from the innuendo, does this mean they unload defective items on sale? Not recommeded. Update: Customer service has reached out to me, but again, these are the hipster straightjacket fit. Had much better luck with one of the Hoodies. Actual size L.

I'm looking for natural clothing so I was disappointed to see that the leggings etc. I ordered contain nylon and are made in China. Size-wise I was also surprised at how large the XL is. Also not as soft on the inside as expected. Washing one pair to see if that helps. Unfortunately these were final sale (?) so not returnable. I'm usually careful, but I guess this time I didn't read the fine print on the material and 'final sale' terms???!!! P.S. Update to original review -- A) After washing the leggings they are definitely softer on the inside, and B) talking about disappointing -- read the reply from the company lol

They don’t itch at all, which I find astounding. Much lighter weight than I expected, that was a nice surprise. The size I measure for is a bit big, I will order smaller next time.

I really like most of the clothing I’ve ordered from Woolx, and I’ve ordered a lot. I’ve had to return two items, and this is where I’m finding the problem. Their return process is unnecessarily complicated, and they’ve imposed a 6 hour time limit on being able to obtain the necessary QR code. I know other companies make returns a lot easier.

Woolx is an awesome company with fantastic merchandise. It’s rare to find natural fabrics of this quality in a full size range from short to tall and small to plus. UPDATE: They gladly sent me another pair of these leggings, and after washing according to instructions they seem to have no pilling, but I’ve not worn them. Time will tell. I ordered Woolx Piper Pocket Leggings and followed washing instructions exactly, cold wash, inside out and I laid flat to dry. They are pilling like crazy and look like some very old pants, not what I expect from a $165 item!
