They will not accept my refund even though I sent back the Gucci glasses the sent me that did not have any lenses in them when I recieved them....YES I received $400 Gucci glasses with ZERO lenses when they arrived. I sent them back but they will not redund my money! Do not ever buy from this company.!!!!!

Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I ordered prescription glasses from glassesusa.COM on June 30 with expected 7–10 day delivery. It is now August 6th, and I still have no glasses. The only communication I received was a single generic email citing a "production issue." Trying to call customer service is a total dead end—you are trapped in a loop of canned AI responses with no way to speak to a human being. This is unfortunately a pattern. On my previous order, I paid extra for expedited shipping, only for the glasses to arrive three to four weeks late. They refused to refund the expedited shipping surcharge. To top it off, those frames snapped right down the middle at the bridge during normal wear after a short time. Between the non-existent customer support, misleading shipping fees, delayed orders, and subpar build quality, this company feels like a cheap operation taking advantage of customers. You get what you pay for—pay a little extra to buy from a reputable seller instead.
