Paid for a $200 gift card to save $50 but my coupon code never worked and customer service didn’t care or help at all. I don’t have much money so it was a big loss.

PROCESS FOR ORDERING SUNGLASSES WAS CONFUSING. UNSURE IF I HAVE ORDERED THE CORRECT GLASSES. ON CHECK OUT IT DID NOT SHOW THE GLASSES THAT I HAD PICKED. I HAD A BLUE REFLECTIVE LENS AND THE PICTURE WAS NOT BLUE REFLECTIVE. DATE OF EXPERIENCE LINE NEEDS TO BE STANDARD MONTH, DATE AND YEAR. IF ITS NOT GONNA BE MONTH DATE AND YEAR THEN SPECIFY.
