Really poor online experience
Really poor online experience - I’m still not sure if I’ll get glasses or if I’ve been scammed. Really hoping this isn’t going to turn out to be an expensive lesson.

I messed up my order by selecting the wrong photochromic lenses. When I called customer service, they gave me a refund, and ANOTHER 10% off the purchase.
Convenient
Ordered from here a long time ago
Ordered from here a long time ago. Was very happy. Somehow Internet diverted me to greateyeglasses.com Did not see difference. OK for many years, but they seem to have gone down-hill. Hope for returning happiness.
First time user friendly
I loved the flexibility that the live-try-on provided in how the frame would look on me. There are plenty of coupons available, and I will update my review upon receiving my frames. So far, the experience was fast and convenient. As someone who has to do this every two years and struggles to get appointments and wait in line. This is way simpler :)

Buy again
Buy again! I'm really thankful there was a buy again option for my son's glasses he loved. We lived a year in the glasses, but they were scratched up. He wanted the exact same kind and the prescription didn't change. Lucky for us!
Highly recommended
