We ordered 2 pairs of glasses the end…
We ordered 2 pairs of glasses the end of june. They sat in production. For a long time (eventually found out there was a production Problem). They said they would refund our “rush charge” and still ship them expedited for free. The non production issue pair finally ships and it gets delivered half way across the country. That pair had to get remade and I got them yesterday after 5+ weeks. The second pair said it was being shipped two weeks ago, buy the tracking showed it didn’t leave for a week. That shipment is now lost. So that pair now has to be remade and reshipped. The headache of navigating their phone system where they clearly do t want to talk to you and getting them to re produce glasses has been a major pain. Definitely do not recommend.

I have always been happy with the glasses I've purchased from Glasses USA. However, I ordered a pair a few weeks back using the site's standard shipping. It was sent via the US mail, which LOST my glasses. They delivered them to the wrong address, and they have not shown up after five days. I did not pay extra for "shipping insurance," which the site offered, because that seems like an unnecessary expense. Learned my lesson. Very frustrating. I wish Glasses USA would use a more reliable method to send glasses. USPS will only reimburse me $100.

Picking out the frames I wanted was…easy as shopping online can be.
Picking out the frames I wanted was easy. Filling out the prescription form was not too difficult as everything was explained. I had a little trouble going through PayPal verification code on checkout, but got through it okay.
I couldn’t place my order right away as…
I couldn’t place my order right away as I was interrupted. However, when I returned to the site, my cart was empty. Not sure what happened. I couldn’t even add the same glasses as I tried twice. I went to my email and logged in again before I could locate the items in my cart. That was a bit frustrating. Thankfully, the page spontaneously recovered. Otherwise, good experience with choice of glasses and virtual try on.

You need to specify how item is shipped. My physical address is different from my mailing address. I could not get a clear answer as to how my order was being shipped. Hope it is mail, because that is the address I used
