You guys are great at adding on more cost just like they do in the store for different lens coatings etc. And deceptive marketing where I can only use your discounts and you have NO way for me to use my insurance. That was frustrating! I'll try this but not sure I will ever do it again.

At first, I thought it w going to be a bad experience. But, I enjoyed my experience. It was fast and quick, which is one thing I really look for when I order something. It was pretty honest and straightforward with my prescription and it also gave me the cheapest solution as well for that I recommend recommended.

I personally do not like text messaging which I had to use to speak to an associate. I would much rather purchase items in person than online as well. Much time was consumed this way and confusion also. I do appreciate the discounted price of glasses online as opposed to going into a Vision center.
