It seemed to take unnecc steps to select Wide glasses in the styles I wanted and then I lost a savings code when trying to add a second code and had to restart. And filling in the non standard date format is tedious

I was delighted with my glasses; unlike many pairs of progressive lenses that I've had, my vision was spot on at all distances. When ordering a second pair, Anne Brookes stayed with me through a web browser problem and fixed everything.

Same as everyone else... shipping delays and crappy AI customer service. I even got conflicting stories about why my order has been delayed!
