The company sent me someone else's…
The company sent me someone else's prescription. Then I was told they no longer had my fame in stock and they could not send me a replacement. They gave me a credit for what i had purchased and when i went to order the new glasses it cost me an additional $12.55 in shipping to send me the glasses. The company should be paying for the expedited shipping since it was a mistake on their part and what should have taken two weeks is now going to take an additional 2weeks. Disappointed with how they handled the error. I felt like they thought it was my mistake when it was clearly a mistake on their end. They sent me prescription Ray Ban sunglasses when i ordered Revel Glasses.
