The ability to try on glasses did not always work and I really needed it to. In the end, the refund was a store credit, so the was forced to choose something from glasses USA rather than go ahead and wacko to a store to try some on. Hopefully I made the right choice
i have never had prescription glasses - i decided to compare this app to the drs office- much cheaper here - but more importantly the frames i wanted -i found here - drs selection was small -as a first time user - i found it extremely easy to order here -i will definitely return here in the future

I have never had this problem before, but recently whenever I would add the glasses to my cart, a glitch would keep changing the details of my order, drastically increasing the price by a couple hundred dollars. I even got to the checkout stage once, and it changed the price right before I submitted payment (thankfully!). Only this last time (probably my 15th try) did it finally go through with the right details.

Different payment methods wouldn't go through for making installment plans even though the accounts were all in good standing. Could be a system error that needs to be checked out.
