What people say

Singtel runs its business like scam

Recently, after renewing my broadband contract, Singtel silently activated several paid add-ons (Microsoft 365, Spotify, Qustodio, Security Suite) without clear disclosure by their sales staff. These charges appeared without explicit consent, buried within complicated contractual terms. Attempts to resolve this through customer service resulted in repeated unsatisfactory responses. Please carefully review your Singtel bills and contracts.

WARRNING

As a new user, getting hold of a person is impossible when you call the 1688 number. I spent 1.5 hours getting through and, I was sent to the App Store - one-time pass codes, etc. None of it worked, so I had to call a different line to talk to a person who could transfer me to the center in the Philippines. Finally The technician showed up well, knowing that one router is not sufficient to cover the layout. So now I need to go through the process again to get the second router. I want to give zero stars as this is probably the worst experience, but unfortunately, I have signed up for two years!! Please don't repeat my mistake.

ROAMING !

ROAMING !! steal your money.. terrible how they abuse of the roaming system to charge you up to 500 SGD and then you are force to call them and at the end you will ending paying 39 SGD.. dont you think is better to send a text message asking for the service and the user to decide??????? come on !! stop stealing people's money
