Randomly had my redemption requests that have been processing for 2 weeks "cancelled" due to a "technical glitch". Offered no type of compensation, just an empty promise to "speed things up". Disappointed is an understatement. The VIP team also doesn't seem to provide the same type, or level of service they used to provide.
They are complete scammers. Do NOT waste your money. They refuse to pay.
sixty6 has ALWAYS been one of my favorite casinos but I dunno what they’ve changed with their REDEMPTIONS it’s become such a hassle they want all this extra verification even for ppl that have been with them for a long period of time and made several redemptions. I bought a package last week cashed out $500 been waiting on my redemption just for them to cancel it 6 days later with no explanation as to why? They didn’t ask for more information didn’t do anything just sent an email saying it was cancelled 😡 my last few redemptions with them have been terrible and hopefully they fix the problems. I re did my redemption and will see what happens I will fix my review accordingly. I have cashed out on about 3 other casinos in the last 2 days and all my redemptions are already in the bank with no problems so it’s not a problem on MY part it’s a SIXTY6 problem that needs to be fixed
If u want to just play for fun this is a decent casino but if u hit big u will never b able to cash out. After all the money I spent on this casino I FINALLY hit really big but they would not let me redeem my winnings. After a couple days of waiting my claim would be denied and The money would be returned to my account. They said I needed to re-verify my account for the redemption (which I had already done) but the money kept getting declined and returned to my account. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME!!!!!!

If you win too big, they will not let you cash out. The other reviews are NOT lying despite the claims, I can attest to that. I made multiple purchases and thought I got pretty lucky but in the end they refused all redemptions and closed my account. I highly recommend almost any other social casino.
I used to get an email confirming that my redemption request has been received but not anymore. After about a week, my $400 redemption was canceled & I was told by email that they were not able to send by card & to resubmit my request through a bank account. Still nothing. Something has changed with this company. I doubt that I will see this money.
Edit: Changing to 1 star absolutely insane they are asking for verification a 4th time after I already submitted all documents now they want selfies and bank statements. This is unreal stars because I was paid out, but now they are charging fees without telling you. So they tell you a price you think are paying for the package, but then when the charge actually comes through on your card there are fees attached. I have one more redeem pending, I am sure it will take a week for me to get it. I will update back down to 1 star if they don't pay me out. I have have been very patient but now im just done. After waiting 5 days for a redemption they cancel it and say there was missing information when it was the same saved card I've used for every previous redemption. They are purposely delaying redemptions and not paying out! Stay away!! I will update this review if I ever get my money but I doubt it.
Gave my friend a referral code which stated "Invite your friends to join and give them a head start! Your referrals will receive bonus coins when they sign up through your link." But even after that my friends got nothing, company told them they had to make a purchase despite nothing being said of this in the original promo. Bait and Switch liars, don't trust them for anything, let alone your money.
It has been over a month now I've been waiting on my withdrawal the customer service is the absolute worst there is they made me pass verification three times and I'll just rude dirty people playing with people's lives withholding their money somebody needs to have them fired
Horrible casino. Ridiculous run around given when it is time to redeem. Glitchy redemption buttons on website. I'm surprised they didn't ask me to send photo of me standing on my head while waving my credit and debit card. They canceled my redemption several times. I've been waiting a week since I requested redemption. Anti-fraud dept keeps asking for more and more unneccesary info just to delay payment. They wanted me to email them my bank statements which I refused to do. That is very dangerous to do by unsecure gmail. I insisted on using their online chat support feature to upload it. Don't fall for it and send sensitive info by email. There should be an anti-fraud dept looking at their anti-fraud dept since that is where the fraud is.
They wait to see if u will reverse ur redemption for weeks till the finally pay u. It's a scam they didn't use to be like that. I waited 2 months till I was like I'll just play the rest. NO TIME

Used to be a good one. Almost instant redemption. Now like others are saying I had to reverify and im now on day three. Ive reached out and got the scripted response of were super busy right now and per our terms redemptions can take up to 7 business days. Going downhill just like rolling riches and jefebet. Some of the newer smaller online casinos pay instantly. But yet the bigger ones cant seem to make that happen. I suggest to go elsewhere

Every time I reach out to customer support, I either get hit with generic, automated responses or vague excuses about "security reviews" and "processing backends." It feels like they are intentionally dragging their feet and making it as difficult as possible to get paid. A reputable sweepstakes site should have a transparent, reliable payout system. Right now, it feels like my funds are being held hostage. I strongly advise anyone thinking about playing here to hold off until they fix their redemption pipeline. Getting your winnings shouldn't feel like pulling teeth.

Redeem request on 5/10. Was denied and told to complete a verification process with my face and cards etc. I did successfully on 5/13. was then told it would take 5 to 7 business days to get my redemption but here we are 5/28 and still have not received the money. When I reach out to customer service they tell me that they'll escalate to finance and then I just get an email that says 5-7 business days like I haven't been waiting since 5/10.
Used to be a decent platform when it was brand new. They did a VIP transfer, took really good care of their VIP's, and the gameplay was decent. Fast forward a few months, if that, I submitted a redemption for a small amount. Since then, I've had 4 or 5 different VIP host that never reach out or do anything like the first lady. Might get 1 small bonus every once in a while and the gameplay(RTP %) has fallen way off. So now it's just another pathetic sweep site like the rest of them. They don't care about their customers at all and have loopholes in their terms and conditions(contract) waiving your rights to do anything about it. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
