If you love getting the runaround and told conflicting things on when you will get paid then you might like this platform otherwise BEWARE !!! I had my redemption canceled six times and then they finally told me that I had to make a purchase with a different card to redeem on even though I had a purchase with the card that I was trying to use they just tell you stories to try and drag it on . Oh, and then for an amount, a little under $200 they have the nerve to email me and ask me for my Social Security number like what the heck are they just gathering people’s personal banking information it sure seems like it now, they have several of my credit cards my Social Security and still I don’t have a payment. Also told 24 to 72 hours to process here and it’s been over a week . They sure can take your money instantly & with banking systems these days that’s just inexcusable most other platforms never take that long & keep canceling your redemption . I highly suggest to stay far away from this site.

By far the worse sc casino experienced ive had. They wait as long as they can so you can spend the money you won 5 days i waited for them to say my redenption was cancelled due to my card when ive gotten money from other sc casinos on that card (liars) and that i have to start the entire process over and they only work on that monday-fri for $300.

I've spent plenty on this site and cashed out before a few times. But this most recent time, I hit for over 200 and tried to redeem. they made me RE- verify. Took over 10 days to get it done, AGAIN. THEN, once I tried playing again... it felt like I could never win. Needless to say but I will. Total redeem for my original 200 ended up with 0. Pretty effing low of this site tbh.

I can't believe that it took over 7…

I can't believe that it took over 7 days to get my winnings from this casino! If I could give 0 stars I would. They claimed there was a error with my cash app account, when I have made several purchases prior to winning. Do not play here. The only reason why they let me win is cause I gave them a good review on this site. The support customer service is an insult to their customers they don't answer and don't care what happened nor honor the business of making it right with their customers.

Absolutely terrible rip off site. No customer support is constantly a different excuse and I’m very unhappy. Can’t I get any of the money that they say I won!!!

Claimed i had a duplicate account

I had an account for sixty6 for almost 2 years but never really used it until this year. I tried to redeem $300 and was told that my account was closed due to having multiple accounts. When I asked what email was on the duplicate account the said it was identical to my original account except it was @gmal.com instead of @gmail.com. So that means the email couldn't have been verified since that wasn't a real email account. I had just verified my account that week so it should have informed me of the fake account in my name at that time but they didn't. They let me keep spending money thinking of be able to redeem my winnings when all along I couldn't. They claim the duplicate account was made on 12/26/25 and had activity on the same day. 4 months was plenty of time to flag my account and bam me before I spent more money. Plus I have numerous charges on my credit card from their site that I didn't approve. I really think someone that works for them is making duplicate accounts to keep them from having to pay out. That's why they don't require you to verify your account before using it, because they can't verify a fake account. $300 isn't a small admit of money to me and I'm not the only person they've done this to.

Do NOT spend your hard earned money on this platform. They refused to honor my $100 redemption (the lowest possible amount BTW) saying that there was a security issue and they could not verify me. This is all BS. Ive been verified at EVERY other casino platform I have EVER played on and I play at MANY different casinos. They just don’t want to pay me my money that I won fair and square. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
