0 customer service. No way to check the status of the order. If you write to their customer service, never the email is answered. At this point, a week after ordering, I have no idea if the order is being processed or not, no communication, nothing.

I’ve tried to order glasses from them twice now and had issues with both orders. The first order I did was for a gorgeous set of men’s glasses that will fit my big head. I ordered progressive lenses and everything should’ve worked flawlessly. Days later, I get an email from them saying that there’s an issue and they cannot do the lenses in those frames, even though their website totally said they could, so they refunded my order, which took yet another few days. So I wanted the frames bad enough that I ordered them again for nearly $100. This time I just ordered the frames and I planned on paying my local eye doctor to put lenses in them. I ordered them on August 30th. It is now September 12, and I was told six days ago that they would expedite my shipping in two days. Well, six days later, no more emails, no communication, and no frames. As a matter of fact, with the tracking number they gave me, it shows that they have not even been shipped yet. This is absurd. I would highly recommend staying away from this company since they don’t fulfill orders, they don’t respond in a timely manner, and they don’t communicate honestly. Looks like I’ll be getting yet another refund and starting the entire process over again. Highly disappointed.

This is a scam! They represent themselves as being in the United States and of course after you order, you find out they are in China. They get their money and don't send you your glasses. Don't fall for their bogus advertising.

No protection from the sun
It took a month to receive the glasses which is fine but for 160$ CAD, you would think that the UV protection would be good. They do not protect from the sun at all. Not impressed, a waste of money.

Have bought 3 sets - everything is great and they are very quick to reply and resolve any issues ( 1 set had a very minor issue). Can’t find frames this size anywhere in Canada - actually get compliments on them.

The selection of glasses is what I like about this company. I have a big head so it’s hard to find arms on glasses that go all the way back on my ears, but Oversize has them. However if they could do better with the shipping time that would be great.
