Met my goal and my physician recommended I taper down. I needed to cancel membership. Portal took me so far and then had to call customer support . Yuan was excellent. Booked my appointment with one of the medical professional, and no one ever called or even sent link for the appointment. The customer service agents refused to refund for the subscription. Very unprofessional, not worth your money and time.
