I have purchased many products from Sleeplay. They have NEVER let me down. They always send confirmation when I order something, when that item is shipped and it, and even when it was out for delivery and delivered. The entire process is virtually seamless. They are very quick in shipping and the items don't take too long to arrive. I've been very impressed by them and go through them for all my sleep needs.
I should have known better than to trust a company called 'Sleeplay' but I took a chance and ordered the Night Owl Sleep Test Kit. It arrived a week later and I downloaded the app, but it would not let me register so I called Customer Service. BIG MISTAKE. The rep quickly became frustrated with her own script as she kept asking me to re-do steps. I patiently complied for over half an hour but finally did remind her we were going through the same motions and were getting the same results. She stopped me short with a sarcastic 'Can I speak?' and claimed I'd interrupted her. I waited silently, then told her I didn't appreciate the false accusation at which point she hung up. And that was just about the app! The Night Owl itself was also broken. The red light, which indicates it's functioning, went dark during the first night. A nicer CS rep agreed that this was a defect and said she 'let me know' whether the company will issue a replacement, with no follow up emails or promises. Really? I'll be using my doctor's professional sleep test instead of this toy.
First, the purchase was relatively easy especially after getting my latest Rx. Quick delivery of items. Second, the only drawback was the hose and mask was not quite at all. I even had to purchase a Aurfit F30 headset/mask combo while vacationing, which did not really help. Later I found out that there is a muffler kit that I could purchase in which I believe should be included the original purchase. Other than that thank you for the quick delivery of my Resmed air Mini!

As someone who already extensively monitors his sleep quality, the one-night sleep study proved to be a welcome addition to my existing routine. The report provided after the study was very comprehensive, but a little tricky to understand, even after my phone call with a sleep technician. However, when I gave it to ChatGPT for analysis, I completely understood the results. Perhaps Sleeplay should include an AI analysis of the results in addition to the chat with sleep tech?
