I recently ordered the foot callus remover and received it in a timely fashion. However, i was on vacation when it arrived so have just opened the package yesterday. I was disappointed that there was no description or instructions on the correct way to use the device. Is it meant to be used on wet or dry skin? Proper use of the blade side of the device?
