I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing clothing from Sloveos, and I must say that my encounter with this company has been nothing short of a complete disaster. From the abysmal quality of the garments to the appalling customer service, Sloveos has left me feeling utterly dissatisfied.
First and foremost, the quality of the clothing I received can only be described as shockingly poor. It felt like I was handling delicate parchment paper rather than the sturdy fabric promised on their website. The items were flimsy, cheaply made, and clearly not worth the price tag attached to them. It's disheartening when a company misrepresents their products, leaving customers feeling misled and cheated.
To make matters worse, the customer service at Sloveos is an absolute nightmare. When I attempted to return the item due to its horrendous quality, I was informed that I had to pay for the shipping label myself. Can you believe it? The cost of the return shipping label was even higher than the value of the clothing itself! This policy is nothing short of a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and an additional burden placed upon dissatisfied buyers.
What truly baffles me is the fact that Sloveos adamantly refused to refund me despite the clear evidence of the garment's substandard quality. It is simply unacceptable for a company to ignore legitimate complaints and deny customers the right to a refund. Their refusal to take responsibility for their own shortcomings speaks volumes about their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
In light of my deeply disappointing experience with Sloveos, I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company. Do not waste your hard-earned money on their clothing, which is nothing more than a deception. The inferior quality, coupled with the woeful customer service, make Sloveos a brand to be avoided at all costs.
There are countless reputable clothing companies out there that offer far superior products and genuinely value their customers. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment; shop elsewhere and choose a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and maintains the integrity of their products. Sloveos is certainly not one of them.

The two piece I ordered is bloody awful 😖 and looks cheap and nasty. The material used is awful, and looks like it was put together in a couple off hours, if that. The material used is rough and stiff on the skin, and it does not flow gracefully at all. From the top to the trousers, there is no grace like it is depicted on your website and on Pinterest. I am so so disappointed with this order.
The colour is nothing like what I viewed on the website and on Pinterest, it looks nothing like beige, more like a very light yellow.
After reading the reviews I ordered XL, so I could get that flow and grace, I am a size 12/14 UK, it looks nothing like how I expected it to look. I uploaded photos of the clothing.
Their reply back "Dear customer,
We are sorry to hear that the items didn’t meet your expectations. We are pursuing high quality products and services. Due to the return shipping fee is expensive. Would it be considerable that we could get a partial refund as compensation and you can keep the items ? How about 15% refund of it ? Is it OK for you?" I replied "no"They then offered me 25%. "Hi，So sorry for the last proposal that didn't suit you.we could not match the requirement you mentioned in last email, we are sorry. But I will apply to our manager for a higher compensation for you. How about 25% ? And you could keep the item, you don't need to return anything. Hope you could agree on this proposal. If there is any doubt, please feel free to contact us"
I said "Thank you for your reply but sorry no. I will require a full refund as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (for purchases made before 1 October 2015) the law says that any goods you buy must be: Of satisfactory quality; Fit for any particular purpose made known to the seller;

The only similarity to the item I ordered was the color. I was sent the wrong product. There is no phone number to access the chat or to register a complaint. I sent two emails requesting an address to return the item I received. To date there has been no response. I do believe this is a bogus company who copied the photos from another site. The photos of the items on the site are beautiful but are not the actual products. Someone figures out a wAy to scam lookers/buyers. Live and learn.
It takes about 5 to 6 weeks to get your product. When I got mine two of the three things I ordered or wrong when I asked for a refund I was only offered 15% of the price I paid and if I didn’t want to do that then I needed to mail everything back at my expense, what they fail to understand is that it was their mistake, and they would do nothing to fix it. I caution anyone who’s considering purchasing from them, save your money and your sanity
I bought a flowy beige suit on Sloveos, I got a yellow thing that looks like PJs. I contact them and they offer %15 of what I paid and I can keep the garment!!! I don't have any use for that garment, it's poor quality, doesn't fit and the color is completely different. Don't buy anything on Sloveos!
My my mother had just contacted me the other day and said that she had just bought a new coat and a cardigan online. My mother is not that tech savvy by the way. She had also told me she was originally on Pinterest and that is where she seen the link for the website "sloveos.com"So apparently, because she found the link on Pinterest.com she assumed that it was legit I guess. Well she tried to use her credit card the next day after she spent like $100 there and her credit card was froze due to suspicious activity and possible fraudulent activity. Also I read the terms and conditions on the website and it was beyond ridiculous that they don't have any responsibility for anything that's even posted on the website to be real or accurate or up to date or even existing or damaged or ever get delivered to you on time. It is clearly a scam they don't even have a contact number please don't make the same mistake my poor mother did don't use this website.
