Terrible company! Ordered two swimsuits and the sizes are way smaller than stated, have been chatting with their “so called “ customer service and they refuse to allow me to return the product. Keep telling me they can refund me $5 ( what a joke!) and I can keep the swimsuit. Why would I want to keep something that doesn’t fit. Then they offered to send me a larger size if I pay $15 dollars shipping. I don’t think so! Horrible customer service!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
I ordered "Tiffany" clothing and accessories items aprox. 8 items. Sweatshirt that was listed as "embroidered" meaning the "Tiffany" on the front of the sweatshirt would be embroidered versus a decal well...it was a vinyl decal. I bought a short and sweatshirt set and the colors were not at all the same. I ordered an over the shoulder phone purse/wallet. It was not the color shown on their site...in fact it was an ugly shade of lime green. I could go on. The most important thing is that I immediately went onto the "Sloveos" site to return items that were not as described...the site came up with a message that "this store is no longer available"! What a scam!! Do not buy from Sloveos or anything similar to that name offering "Tiffany" items.
Beware before you buy I purchased almost 200 in ideas this was the cheapest quality I used my pay pal account and once I realized after 8 weeks I haven’t received my order I reached out to pay pal for a refund they asked if I could try to reach out to the seller so I did just that they provided me a tracking number and sent the ideas once I received this junk I reached back out to pay pal for a full refund and return information what every these deceiving people did with the order numbers I was not able to place a dispute and get any of my money back needless to say I’m stuck with this garbage however I’m sure they’ll pop back up on the internet under another name so I’ll be sure to write a review on their new website
I trusted this would be a great place to shop because Pinterest advertised Sloveos’ products. I placed an order on 1/6/24 and yet no delivery. No response to the email I sent them, invalid tracking number and the website has been down since I placed the order. This is definitely a lesson learned… never again. Thanks
I ordered from them twice and got great quality merchandise both times. It takes awhile to ship However my Tiffany’s sweat suit and shoes were NICE! with the right coloring. I also ordered a butterfly sweatsuit that was very comfy I am small it was a little big and a additional graphic sweatshirt and leggings that matched. I loved everything! Sorry if you guys got scammed… it was a long shot, the website Isn’t up now.
Ordered two t shirts from them as gifts. One was fine and the other the print job was so bad I could not give it as the gift it was intended for. I reached out to them four times, each with a picture of the bad t shirt. (As their website says to do if you have a problem) I never heard back from them. Seems like others had the same problem… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you Want to throw money away
Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a bunch of Tiffany items including a Sherpa lined sweatshirt and got a cheap fleece sweatshirt not anything like the picture on website. The bag tags are green not Tiffany blue. Regular sweatshirt is cheap polyester. All crappy stuff. Can’t find any Return instructions. Website is “not available” and you cannot contact them. SCAM.
After reading poor reviews I thought they must be wrong so stupidly I ignored them. In fact, the reviews weren’t bad enough. This company is a joke, the items are so shoddy, nothing like the pictures and frankly a waste of any money let alone the ‘discounted’ list price. STAY AWAY!

I ordered the Tiffany long sleeve shirt and shoes to match on 12/4 and just got it today 1/6. Utter trash. The material shown on the site vs what I got? Cheap. A month to get polyester garbage. Just writing a review hoping someone reads this before they waste their money.
My order was confirmed via email and paid for on 12-05-23. I have emailed the company for any kind of update and I only get excuses. I asked for an exact shipping date and now don't get any response. Feeling ripped off for $140.00! Right now its a zero stars. If I recieve my produacts I will make a change to my review. today it's 12-26-23.

When you go to that link there’s nothing. The clothes they send are NOT what you see before you buy. Cheapest imitations I’ve ever seen. Absolutely horrible. I’m soooo glad I read the reviews! I was looking for a Christmas gift and I’ve never heard of this company. Just by the looks of it you could get a vibe that it’s scammy. Also if any of you have been scammed you can dispute the charge with your bank and they will credit you every dime and the company will end up paying the bank.
This clothing site is a scam what they advertise is not what I got I've been asking for my money back and no response.
This website is very fraudulent. If I could give it no stars I would. I purchased 6 pieces and spent over a $100 for clothes that appear to be nothing like what was advertised on the website. Not even remotely close. It takes roughly a month before you receive your order. Anyone thinking about purchasing from this site please don't. Save yourself the trouble.
What they advertise is completely different from what they will send you. And even though it is the fault of the company, they will not refund you completely. Customer service is a joke. Very disappointed and will never purchase from them again.
Something told me to check their return policy before proceeding and it states that they have to check the return to approve/deny the return/refund. With the return policy sounding fishy, I decided to check the reviews and so happy I did!!! I have a local friend who just made me a Tiffany's t-shirt. If anything I'll see if she can make me something else with this pretty color.
Such a lesson for me that pictures do not necessarily reflect products. In this case, what I received from Sloveos was so woefully different from the pictures posted on their site, I could hardly believe it. Buyers beware!! I was in contact with them, and, after a few exchanges, and within a week's time, they did provide me with a return address and a statement that they would refund me once they received the products if everything fell in line with their standards for returns. Yes, they said I must pay for shipping and handling (to China!!). Given their track record, I'm not sure they will refund me or accept the products I return, and I've lost considerable money already in my purchases. A difficult lesson. Next time I will check reviews before purchasing from any new online company!!! And I may start with just one product instead of many (I purchased seven items on Sloveos) even if the reviews are good.
I was about to purchase a shirt dress from this company, was in my basket ready to check out and thought I had better read reviews before proceeding further, by the sounds of it just as well I did. Thank you to all the ladies who take the time to write reviews to save others from making a mistake
