I made error and failed to enter my discount code when checking out. I emailed the company and Donna Wilson was quick to respond and correct my error. Today was the first time using this company and based on the service I received will certainly consider shopping with them in the future. It's nice to deal with a company that cares for their customers!

The puzzle itself is well crafted, made of wood and colorful. Very interactive and fun to watch my granddaughter try to place the pieces. Received the package quickly and in great condition. Company reached out to make sure all went well and I love that kind of customer service. I will definitely order again and recommend to others

I ordered two National Geographic metal detectors for my boys and one stopped working shortly after we got it. I asked if anything could be done and the customer service rep was so kind and helpful and replaced it free of charge. We really appreciate it.
The item purchased delivered quickly and in very good condition. No issues with ordering. The binoculars, compass and magnify glass were the perfect gift for a 5 y/o boy visiting Yellowstone. He’s super excited to see wildlife through his “real” binoculars.

Labeled a "builder" by her kindergarten, our child has spent the past few months asking for the opportunity to build a "robot that moves". The "Robot STEM Building Kit" provided an age appropriate challenge for our child that put a HUGE smile on her face, leaving her expressing feelings of pride and accomplishment once constructed.
I included the incorrect address for shipping and realized it just moments after I finish the transaction and immediately called the company and left a message. The issue was resolved within 12 hours. I received an email, gave them the correct address and I’m sure the gifts will now be going to the right place. excellent customer service. thank you.
Had a slight issue with ordering a product that my Nephew already had. Sent a note and customer service was all over it. Donna quickly stopped the shipment and helped me with my issue. A lot of companies take days to respond just to tell me that it already shipped. Good customer service is key for trust ! Looking for an alternative product now!
My grandson loves the toy. He’s smart as can be and this toy was prefect for him. The delivery was so fast! That is something I failed to mention in another review of this product/ company. I was amazed and so happy it arrived as fast as it did. I was behind and his birthday was only a few days away. I figured it would arrive late but it arrived with a couple days to spare ! So five stars. Great toy and great customer service.
