She lied to me
She lied to me. She said that the money would be there on the 3rd and it wasn't. She didn't tell it could take up to 3 months for Medicare to do it. She lied again. Saying if I didn't like the plan I could change and she was wrong. All this just so she could get her commission check. Now I'm stuck in a plan I don't want till October. Thanks to her. I will not be using SmartMatch insurance agency again! There agents will lie just to get their commission check!!
