I really did have a great experience, the agent i spoke with was courteous and spoke clearly, while being serious about my concerns he was also light hearted which to me helps with the whole experience. Honestly ive been enduring some awful experience, being lied to is just awful especially when its your 1st time dealing with medicare at all. Ive been left up in the air waiting for information that never comes etc.. so my experience with smartMatch was very refreshing and Im feeling like im finally done with Medicare and choosing, calling, paperwork the whole thing for a while anyway and so far I would say id choose SmartMatch for my Medicare needs again.
