My account was breached due to slippage then I spoke to them on live chat I told them my whole problem and showed them their screenshots so they helped me a lot and reset my account immediately. Before this I have not seen in any other firm that a person whose account has been breached once has been reinstated. Believe me, I have been reinstated. I am very happy that this firm has worked with me. It's great I have done a lot of commercial work before but believe me this company has satisfied me a lot Smart Prop Trader in the World Best of Company

Immediate Response and Action
I received an inactivity period breach email on my challenge account and I quickly reached out to customer service. It was within minutes I received a response followed up by a manual unbreaching of my account. Support was helpful, quick, took action and resolved my issue immediately. They were pleasant to work with, friendly and respectful. They treated me as a valued member of the community. I highly recommend and appreciate Smart Prop for going above and beyond. SPT is still a good prop firm choice
Even with all the issues for US traders with prop firm accounts, SPT is still a great prop firm. They are experiencing some growing pains as are all the prop firms but they are working to navigate through all the stormy trading weather. Carlpe and Newman in customer support are always great to work with, they have always worked hard to resolve my issues.
