Banning people from their Discord server for asking questions. Buggy system that doesnt work and zero customer service. Seems they are having serious internal problems with many senior people leaving. They will continue to deny this until the day they announce they are closing with immediate effect. AVOID THIS FIRM.
PFM is not the standard to follow when it comes to SPT. Been with SPT more than a year. Payouts happen even after Ryan, and will continue to happen. Stay within rules and you have nothing to worry about. What's better than payouts with SPT, SPT SUPPORT BABY! Never let me down, always quick to respond and even better at listening and evaluating what you have to say. I was given a one-off grace unbreach when I violated inactivity rule. But after causally opening support ticket about technical issue about DxTrade Newman Ling did something truly amazingly for me! When opening support ticket it showed they'll respond in an hour, DID NOT HAPPEN, it was in less than 10 minutes! Somehow I got the best trading advice for my account strategy plus something special from Newman Ling when I never expected nor enquired about it. Can't fathom the negativity about SPT at the moment, SPT is here for the LONGTERM. Much appreciation to Newman Ling at SPT Support!
Members be careful in choosing this firm. My 3 accounts breached by company itself. Acc id- 552130,557519,548667. There is no evidence in their dashboard that my daily loss limit or equity touched max drawdown.I already contacted support team to check this and clarify me they keep saying there is drawdown breach so acccount failed.I asked them evidence to show in dashboard daily loss or equity balance but they have no answer. I somehow get refund for my 3 accounts as today I noticed article from propfirm compare site that this SPT prop firm removed for various reasons and one of the reason mentioned is the same which I highlighted here. So anyone choose this prop firm be more cautious and decide accordingly
Dear All Traders Smart Pro Trader is Scam, and No Paying Payouts and Ban accounts with no Reason This is to inform that from last 4 months smart pro trader disturbing my trading due to migration first and then delay payouts. I read daily on trust pilot bad reviews but i ignore. But 2 days before then ask for my payout which is already delayed ,whole team did not responding me and at last they also terminate my account with fake reasons. They are baggers now they terminate accounts without any specific reasons. They must review there this bad behavior i warn them to activate my account and also release my payout and activate my account otherwise whole world Bann them and no one buy their accounts because they have no money to repay the profitable traders. My account number is 540285. live funded 50k account. 900$ profit only.
I think this one will follow also the style of TFT
What mendacious companies you all are. Too stupid to build a business model and then take the money out of people's pockets. Shame on you. If you make critical comments in Discord, you get kicked out. They didn't pay me for 30 days. Just excuses and then they found a broken rule.
Shame on this company. Since the original owner (Ryan) left they've been scamming people. They've always had the inactivity rule of place 1 trade within 30 days to keep your account. I received a breached account email and it was found that they changed this rule and informed NO ONE via email nor discord announcement updates. Reached out to support only to be told they cannot do anything. Voiced your opinions in discord and guess what? You get removed and mind you I did not go on to berate anyone or used curses. I simply kept asking when is this going to dealt with but guess what. That's something they don't like and they'll ban you. Take your money and go elsewhere this company is nothing but a scam now

I've had multiple issues with Smart Prop Trader, but my latest experience has been the worst. Their new liquidity provider and trading platform for US customers has made trading with them a nightmare. It feels like Smart Prop Trader is intentionally scamming its users, much like what My Forex Funds was caught doing. My recent issue started when I was falsely taken out of a trade by 10 pips on a major pair. This is outrageous, especially since I was watching the bid line the entire time. To make matters worse, my stop loss was supposed to limit my loss to $1,000, but I ended up losing $1,600. When I contacted their support, I was initially met with an automated response. After providing all necessary details, including my account number and email, I was finally connected with Newman. However, instead of addressing my issue, Newman repeatedly blamed the situation on market volatility during news hours(I was in a GA trade and it was USD news lol...). He copied and pasted the same explanation multiple times, ignoring the fact that my stop loss was never actually hit. Despite my attempts to get a proper resolution, Newman offered no real assistance and closed the ticket without solving my issue. This kind of service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with Smart Prop Trader and will be warning others about their incompetence and poor service. Trading with them has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against it.
SmartProp Trader refuses to give me my funded account because I did not use a stop loss and risked 2% on my trades. They now want me to take the challenge again even though I did not break any rules. I will wait to hear back from their customer support team and will update this if there is a resolution (their support is very good, but if you are scamming your customers it does not matter)
So I've recently lost my account due to not opening a trade within the 30 days time period. Reason being a lot of things coming up in my personal life. i contacted the support, addressed them my issue and asked them for a second chance. Within 5mins they unbreached my account, but this time i had gotten stricter rules to follow in order to keep the account, which is very fair and understandable. Loved the service, and special thanks to ESLA (customer support) for guiding me through.
This company is a joke. They have gone downhill. They can’t even payout a $2,000 payout. They are obviously broke and going to close soon Don’t bother investing your money
hello, i reqeusted my pay out on the 12 th of may, this week was promised me my pay out, and again was we gonna pay you soon. i got 2 times a time out on the discord because i send picturers of the live chat to be transparent for the rest of the pay out delays on smartproptrader. i said this on discord also if i dont get paid i will go to trust pilot and propfirmmatch. and if they are gonna pay they say soon i will also change this revieuw, because i think they will pay. they paid! with a delay thats why no 5 stars. but they are paying again and that why we are trading.
Smart Prop Trader continues to amaze me with their top notch customer service. My account was breached due to inactivity for 30 days. I miscalculated and thought today was the 29th day. I explained this to Damilola and she was very considerate and subsequently gave me back my 100k phase 2 challenge account. This is after restating my 200k phase 2 account about 2 months ago and cancelling my -7.9% drawdown. I was given two 100k phase 2 accounts of which I got funded on 100k. Listen guys, if you are loooking for a serious firm that care about their traders and put traders at the centre of their business, SMART PROP TRADER is the one. I have had bad experiences with other firms and I know exactly what I am saying. Thanks so much Damilola for your graceful consideration. I am here for the long run with your company. Cheers.

Smooth propfirm i have had no issues and no complaints, the support team is one of the best if not the best to communicate with and they reply in seconds(Literally). I have had times where i have needed questions or account issues sorted and they have been dealt with in a matter of minutes even when regarding a breach of the inactivity rule i was still granted a reinstated account so huge appreciation to DAMILOLA and the team!

Today I learnt the importance of not trading news! I took a trade and was slapped in the face by slippage and unfortunately lost my Phase2 $50k account. I was gutted but I knew there was no one to blame except myself. A few hours later I message customer support and explained the situation, not pointing any fingers, but just asking if there is anything they can do. Briggs got back to me within 20 minutes and gave me an empathetic, comprehensive, thorough, and educational email explaining how slippage works - and it affects all brokerages. A few moments from this email Briggs got back to me saying my account would be re-instated, I was shocked, elated and so grateful.
