I think they are not honest

I think they are not honest. I traded and won $597, and when I asked to withdraw the amount, they delayed me and stopped my trading account; they said I did not comply with the trading rules. They say that they paid millions to clients, and they are unable to pay $597; beware, it is important: I was banned on Twitter and Discord because I expressed my opinion about them; they only want praise.

SPT- Shady and scammy business practices

They have constantly changed their rules and terms and apparently expect you to review them each week to make sure you don't violate one of them. I contacted support after they breached 2 of my challenge accounts and it was basically, "Too bad. Get over it." Their changes retroactively affect new and old accounts.. beware because they will steal your money on arbitrary changes to their terms.

don't waste your money buying their challenge they barely pay traders over a month now i still haven't received any payment including fees and they delete all media plaforms still secretly scamming new traders really this company should be deleted

This company is doing a great effort

This company is doing a great effort, they had issues but they are fixing and they are paying all traders. I received my payment after 1 month first payment is after 28 days, they are doing a great effort thanks.

They Manually Breached My Account

I honestly never thought I’d be writing this about Smart Prop Trader. My account has been manually breached yet my trading history does not violate any of their rules. I admit that my strategy struggled last month, but I never violated their daily or max loss rules and none of the banned strategies were executed. They went from always responding to me in a reasonable time to ignoring my emails and support chat messages altogether. I was due a payout for this month and it looks like I’m not getting it. I’m so shocked my nervous system is out of whack. I really thought they were one of the good guys.

Payout Denied AGAIN!!!

After 3+ months of waiting they denied my payout after causing all the trouble and giving an assurance that I'll be paid. My $3,952 payout was pending since May 8th They reset my account and allowed me to continue trading while i wait for another payout. I generated 8k profits and was waiting to take my second payout as well. But they had other plans and breach my account in the guise of bad risk management. The trade they flagged was a 3btc trade.(fyi, it was a losing trade, not even a win) Sl was 500 points so i was risking just 1.5% on the 100k account. Also mind you i opened this when i was 8k+ in profits. Guess they action they take? Delete all my profits from not only this account but also the other funded accounts. Then they say the $3,952 payout wont be paid too. After i put a negative review on Trustpilot mentioning everything they requested me to take down the review and that I'd be paid. Now look at Blake's post this week which showed that my $3952 was still pending... a day later they deny that as well without any proper explanation. And I'm even blocked/banned from everywhere. The same can happen with you, do remember there is no court you can go to when you're wronged. They'll just deny your payouts, block/ban you. This whole payout gimmick Blake is playing out is to attract more people to buy. They fired all employees, you'll just see Newman Carlpe and Esla. That should tell you about the condition the firm is in.

Blake wanted to scam more so he uses discord yesterday

After Blake spoke on discord yesterday that we are fully operational and payouts will be resumed normally, i removed my 2 reviews which were 1 star, but today I'm as a senior trader sure that they are scamming with full preparation. Phase 1 passed Phase 2 passed 3 payouts and suddenly on 4th payout its a violation and a trade that has 5 mins of holding time is considered as in seconds and violated their trading rules. #smartproptrader is literally scamming everyone while paying few to grab more.

Smart Prop trader has some of the best customer service out of any prop firm I've dealt with. I have 4 $100k accounts and missed that they changed their inactivity rule to 14 days instead of previously 30 days. I "failed" my accounts but was able to get them back after explaining my situation. Newman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Imagine this: You buy a challenge and work on it for months trading properly and finally pass phase 1 and then phase 2 onwards to the funded account. Then you dont receive a funded account because "Reason: DECLINED... DEMO CONDITIONS." So when you contact support about 3 times for an explination, they can't tell you anything or even give you a reason why. So you're left with no live funded challenge even after passing everything without violating rules...

They are scamming traders

They are scamming traders. I have been with Smart prop firm for a year and 6 months I have received several payouts. They have added a new way to scam traders. They have added a new rule if you trade and the platform glitches you have broken the rule and there for no payout and lose your account. They didn't stop there they also banned me from trading with there prop firm. All I can guess is they are losing money and are getting rid of all there profitable traders. They went from legit to shady really quick. I also went on there discord to ask if anyone else has experienced this and they banned me from there discord too. I'm not the only one they did this to cause I saw other traders on discord complain about it too. This happened on the DX Trade platform so this might be the new way props are going to scam you. I would look at the rules of your prop firm and if it says anything about glitches be prepared to get scammed. Please scroll through trust pilot to last year around July of 2023 and you will see I gave this company a 5 star review. I just want you to see this review is real. Stay away from this company cause you will get scammed.

Breached due to inactivity while waiting for a payout

I have ran out of words for this company, ever since Ryan left, things fell apart. It shows that he was the one who knew how to run this business. My account was breached due to inactivity while waiting for along overdue payout. I am totally speechless.

SCAM PROP TRADER FIRM

i request trustpilot to kindly take this site down from their website as well , they are literally scamming with their every customer they denied my payout as well as my funded account and now they aren't even replying they ban you from everywhere like discord social media when you show your concerns to them also they don't even reply you in mail , i request everyone to stay away from this scammy firm also their founder scammy blake , they were only doing good when ryan was their but they saw some things which weren't good and now only blake left and still continuing his scam i will also be reporting my case to cftc as well

Newman is very helpfull

I have a live account with this prop firm and and my payout of 731 dollars plus account fee refund was pending for last many days. I got an email today (8-august-2024) that I failed the challenge. I was shocked and I contacted their support team immediately and got quick response from Newman he has assured me that I will get my payout very soon and afterwards my account will reinstated. I am very glad to hear that and I hope I will get my account as well as my payout very soon.

Ho perso un conto per non aver mai tradato e aperto solo 0.01.. ho comunicato loro di stoppare il mio account e mi hanno detto che non potevano farlo ma che avrei dovuto tradare 0.01 per tenere attivo il conto. Quando mi hanno tolto il conto hanno avuto il coraggio di dirmi “dovevi comunicarlo se non volevi tradare”. L ‘ operatore si è preso gioco di me in chat, davvero poco professionali, ho chiesto una soluzione amichevole anche pagando ma niente da fare ho trovato un muro. Capisco che la regola dell inattività è questa ma bisognerebbe venire incontro ai clienti che comprano una challenge e la tengono ferma rispetto a chi la compra, ci trada normalmente e poi smette.. io così è come se non avessi usufruito del servizio! Comunque detto da amici che hanno tradato normalmente non è una grande perdita perché hanno spread alti e slippage anche fuori. Alla fine di tutto mi hanno rubato 400€, perché il servizio X cui io ho pagato cioè la challenge non l ho mai iniziata, quindi ho buttato soldi nel cestino e si può dire che sono dei truffatori English: Unfortunately, my experience with them is very negative. I informed them to stop my account, and they told me they couldn't do it but that I should trade 0.01 lots to keep the account active. When they took the account away, they had the nerve to say, "You should have communicated if you didn't want to trade." The operator mocked me in the chat, which was very unprofessional. I understand that the inactivity rule is this, but there should be some flexibility for clients who buy a challenge and keep it on hold, compared to those who buy it, trade normally, and then stop. In my case, it's as if I haven't used the service at all! I asked for an amicable solution, even willing to pay, but found a wall instead. Friends who have traded normally say it's not a big loss because they have high spreads and slippage even outside of news events. In the end, they stole €400 from me because I never started the challenge for which I paid. So, I threw money away, and you could say they are scammers.

Breached my account without solid…

Breached my account without solid reasons and no feedback at all after I contacted them via email and support for clarification. I have always been using the same strategy since I was doing my 2-phase challenges. Made it to my first payout and then when I requested my second payout, I got an email stating I breached my account due to "General Exploitation of a Demo Environment". How so when I always make sure I practice good trading habits? I always put on normal lot sizes, proper stop loss, make sure risk management in place and place one trade at a time. Never had I violated any of the rules including drawdown rules or any of the prohibited trading strategies. But they banned my account just like that, without any clarification just because they're aware they cannot scam my money anymore. Completely wasted my time to pass challenge with this low-end prop firms! By the way, if you are considering working with this prop firms just because they offer low price, do not bother. They always change or add on hidden rules without informing their traders and let their traders fail because of that. From my experience, (1) When they add/ change their rules, they will not inform you and insist you to follow their newly added rules even when you joined with different promised rules (Eg: When I first purchased their challenge, I was promised a refund on the first payout but then they suddenly changed into refund on third payout without informing their traders, and I never got my refund because they banned my account on second payout); (2) If you raise your issues in their discord group, they will delete your comment and ban you from speaking because they wont let new people see how badly they scammed their traders; (3) Abundance of payout delay complaints and they are true especially large amount profits, lots of traders did not get their payouts and ended up with fake breaching accusations; (4) Had been removed from Prop Firm Match for a reason, bad reputations as indicated; (5) Lack of management from Blake, if anything bad happens (which I'm sure will do in near future) you wont have someone to take responsibility for it because he's a real scammer; (6) Quietly changed their inactivity rules from 30-days to 14-days. Again, without informing their traders and caused a lot of traders to breach their accounts. Finally, screw you smart prop trader. I cant wait to see your downfall even when I know you're already at your rock bottom. Bunch of shameful scammers!

They are cheaters. They changed inactivation rule from 30 days to 14 days. I kept trading once within every 30 days for several months. They did not notify me about this change and closed my account, claiming 14 days inactivation.

The prop firm industry is at an all time low at the moment, like all this bad comments about this firm I am too waiting for my payouts and I truly know I won't be paid. For serious traders, don't waste your time on this **** company, they are going bankrupt.
