Rules change without notification to disqualify
This company changes its rules on a whim without notifying the customer then disqualifies you for breach and pockets the money. That's one way to earn your daily bread I guess. Takes your money, gives you rules to follow and then whoops didn't you know a rule was changed, sorry account was breached. They say it is not their job to notify you of rule changes, you got to be on your toes and scrutinize every page on the website on a daily basis in case. What a waste of time and money. unscrupulous people. Can't even send out an email to say a rule has changed. I can see why.

This prop firm is a scam
This prop firm is a scam. I do not recommend.
They breached my phase 2 account despite not reaching my max daily loss. The support kept dismissing my argument as it is obvious they have achieved their aim to scam me of my funds.
The support personnel was so childish and never take any of my submission serious.
They slip the hell of trades and they made all the conditions to ensure you do not pass the challenge. They increased commission, reduce inactive days, and wide spread and slippage.
Another SCAMM propfirm!!!!!!
I traded 2 months for a live account at Smart Prop Trader and I have passed phase 1 and phase 2 challenge and then after a verification I have received my live account and I have made 1.100$ profit then I have requested my payout and the profirm tell me that my trading on phase 1 and phase 2 is General Exploitation of a Demo Environment, I'm not guilty of this accusation my strategy is break and retest with switch of structure entry ..... I told them to give me some proof and explain to me what I'm doing wrong but they didn't answer me!
It's very painful that after 2 months of trading, they accuse me of something that I'm not doing.
I don't understand why they didn't tell me that my trading strategy was not ok after I passed the Phase 1 and Phase 2 challenges....not after I requested a payout!!!

Unfortunately i can only give 1 star! i have a 50k funded account with Smartproptrader, requested my payout july8th and still havent received it. When i mentioned the withdrawal delay on Discord i got blocked there. I also heard about rumors Blake Olson is about to sell SPT that would be the same like Angelo did with TFT. Promoting SPT on Youtube when the business is about to fail is a poor and unetical decision Mr Olson. You should pay outstanding payouts and disable the purchase buttons when the backlog of withdrawals is that big!

I can not recommend SmartProTrader because they change rules without advance notice. 30 days inactivation rule changed to 14 days. No email notice and challenge failed and account closed after 14 days inactivation.
So my journey with them started when TFT scammed their traders and SPT is one of them who came forward and provided huge discount who got scammed by tft and i got their 10k account in just 20$ and started trading 4 months ago it took me almost 1 month in phase 1 and 36 trading days in phase 2 with almost 122 trades and i was very consistent with my risk and lot size which was fixed so finally i got funded on 26th july 2024 and submitted the contract and kyc was done and my account was under review and guess what in morning i saw few messages in discord where other people were complaining that they received the breach mail after passing their phase 2 i talked with at least 3 people and asked the reason but they said no reason were provided on the mail and just after few minutes i also checked the mail and received the breach email without any reason mentioned i raised this issue on discord and they banned me immediately , then opened ticket on discord and they also didn't provide any reason and also denied me to give refund of my account and said it is only given after 3rd payout also replied their mail but got no replies from their and even my dashboard and account was deleted by them so that i can't collect any proof now all my hard work of months are gone and i am clueless right now , prop firm match did the right things after delisted them from their website also they are not paying from months all the payouts are faked and only done to their affiliates on discord and twitter i have also seen other cased where either payout got denied or they denied the funded account like in my case so i am officially scammed from the firm who came to rescue trader who got scammed by tft , and they did it again blake should be in jail he is no where active and just lotting money from innocent people , other people like ryan and some other people also left spt because there are things which are not going well in this firm , people in spt are neither getting funded nor getting payouts so please do no waste money in this firm you can see their complaints all around on twitter discord as well

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I passed both Phases. Got an email congratulating me, and was told by support I would get the credentials to my live account within 24 hours. After more than 30 hours I got an email saying that I had failed, and would have to try again. I reached out to support and said after they reviewed my account they, they didn’t agree with my trading style, even though they advertise “all trading styles welcome.” I did NOT breach any rules, or make any mistakes in my account. Did not reach max draw down, and passed both phases. So after you pay them, and pass, they can still decided whether or not you will be funded. They said they won’t be giving me my money back either. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

They breach my account even if I didn't break any rule
They do everything to make me fail the challenge. I received this message:
"You must open at least one trade within every 14 days to keep your account active. (0.01 lot is allowed but should last for 5 minutes). Failure to do this will result in your account being breached by the system, and we might not offer to unbreach it again."
When I subscribed and paid for the challenge, the inactivity period was 30 days, and I can prove it with screenshots of conversations with someone from the team. I would never have accepted and subscribed to the challenge if the required activity period was 14 days. This is the second time I have had this kind of problem with them.
Trading is already hard enough without having to stress about how and why they might breach our accounts at any moment. I repeat, the tolerated period of inactivity was 30 days (I can prove it). So how and why did they make this decision? The trust I had for Smart Prop Trader is completely gone. I don't even know how to deal with them anymore because following all the rules isn't enough—they can modify them without telling you, even though they are not supposed to do that since it's not what I subscribed for.
Edit: I received that mail "You should take at least 1 trade within every 14 days.
The management has changed the rules to 14 days instead of 30 days."
Why do I'm concern by a new rule they made unilateraly? New rules concern new suscribers not me.. and I was warned of this new rule by the failure of my challenge 😂
At the best they are unprofessional but I think they know what they do and they are just not honest... Now they just ignore my messages despite I opened a ticket.. Stay away guys!

This is the biggest scam prop company. Don't waste your money, time, or energy on these frauds.
They outright refused to pay my profit on my second payout, using the pathetic excuse of exploiting the demo environment!
My setup is crystal clear, with precise entry points and stop losses of no more than 1% of the account. I emailed them demanding an explanation of how I allegedly exploited the demo environment, but they completely ignored me. When I raised the issue in their Discord chat, asking the support team for assistance and clarification, they responded by banning me and kicking me out of their server!

Funded Account Denied, with Fake/Bad rule which never existed
SPT Banned me from their discord, When i shared details with other members that they rejected my Funded Account after passing Phase 2.
They took around 5-6 days, after passing phase 2 to reject.

Hi I recently got scammed and disappointed because I passed a 50k challenge with this firm with 12% drawdown. And they scammed because they claim that I violated the terms and conditions without specifically saying what I did wrong. I passed the challenge with entering 3 lots on XAUUSD and making 100-200 pips on Gold on a few good trades. and taking trades on US30 with 5 lots and making 50-100 pips.. Please avoid this firm, due to the fact that they will go out of business or under business. I have the screenshots on how they scammed me. Thanks. I did not do any sort of martingale or anything I just took a few good trades on Gold buying On July 9th during NY Open at 13:00GMT I entered 4 lots on Gold. and On July 16th During Asia Open at around 1:00GMT I entered 3 lots on Gold. I was only risking $1,000USD max to pass these challenges with 25 pips and 35 pips stop losses.... No sort of Martingale Involved...

Got my payout denied and was banned for no reason, they couldn't provide any reason why my trades broke their rules and I have multiple other traders I know going through the same thing with this firm. They have paid out traders for over a month and are randomly banning people. Stay away from this scam prop firm.
