Good deal and bag is in pretty good shape with only some light fading but no holes or anything. Shipping price wasn't bad but I wish they chose a faster method. It did arrive much earlier than the tracking showed. It arrived on the 22nd and the tracking estimated the 29th. I was a bit disappointed at first but it worked out. Would definitely buy from this store again. Great communication on the process.

Shipping and delivery were on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the sustainment pouches that came with the MOLLE rucksack arrived with quality issues. Both pouches had snaps/buttons already detached when I opened the box, and the other snaps are barely holding on or show signs they may fail soon. Since these pouches need to stay securely attached—especially when loaded—this is a concern. I’d like to see this addressed, ideally with a replacement or repair option.

I was struggling to figure out how to make the order work and called but got no answer. A few minutes later, they called me back. Apparently they were already on the phone with somebody. They filled out the order completely for me and then I just went to my cart and finished to place it. Item arrive quickly and is as advertised a little pricey, but I think it’s probably the going rate for the items I purchased. I would do business with these people again without hesitation.
