Ordered bacon sampler.fast shipping.bacon okay.step above supermarket bacon.no one will confuse this bacon with an artisan type bacon such as Benton’s.pecan wood smoked was shredded.not sliced or packaged properly.overall just ok.

the ham steaks were to salty to eat even after washing them with water before cooking. But all their other products are delicious esp. the smoked link sausages.

If you found them too salty, we'd recommend trying our City Ham Cuts as the salt content will be much lower with a moist cured ham. We hope to provide you with a 5 star experience in the future!
