One package was 2/3 fat and I mean white fat with not speck of red at all other 4 package were great.

Me and my family had a great stay at their restaurant and just rating the food I would give this place a 4-star rating but I have to deduct a star because when I went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper. Maybe they were just about to re-stock it I dont know but thats the reason atleast. I'll visit again and most likely change the rating if everything is as good + the paper is there.

I love this company, all of their beans are bacon are the best I've ever had, I can not get through the summer without their baked beans. I frequently order from them a few time a year and store in my freezer. Excellent quality products.

The product I purchased has excellent flavor, and consistent in quality. This last purchase came thawed, not frozen. I am not sure if it was the delivery service causing a delay but I have experienced the problem of not knowing exactly when I will receive the product. It is just not clear however I do try to time my purchase so I may receive within a week.
