I ordered 2 rigs and an oil pipe the price was amazing I was told that my order would be here on Sat I received it 2 days early . I also had a free gift and they put 2 extra stems for the rigs I bought Very satisfied will return to shop soon Thank you

Very nice products. I had received a product that I never thought I’d see again but when I received the item and saw that it was the one I’ve been searching for all along I was super satisfied and impressed. It wasn’t the right color I wanted but they did everything in their power to help make it right and for that I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend buying from them. And definitely will be a return customer.

Well the product is received is a completely different color than what I ordered. Emailed them and noone will get back to me. Never again will I deal with these fakes.

I like the free gift, and shipping. The coupon code they advertise at the top of the page apparently doesn't work for what I've been buying. Apparently don't care much about quality. So far haven't received a response to my query regarding guarantee or anything on half assed product, they obviously dont want the used but broken product back. I'll be looking to purchase elsewhere in the future. 2 products are broken, 2nd one broke before I could even get the 1st replaced, now ive ordered a 4th for some reason.

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT
I had a defective oil burning pipe that I only got three uses out of before a D shaped hole fell out of the pipe. I noticed something was wrong when I was using it, and it was flaming from the bottom I tried to clean it with Q-tip and that’s when the D-shaped whole popped out. I reached out to support via an email and also a phone call and no one and let me repeat that no one contacted me back.
