SNOOFALL. I ordered and paid for a pair of jeans in December 2025. They have never been delivered as of 4 April 2026. I requested that the order be cancelled and asked for a total refund months ago. When I chased the refund they told me they were sorry and they would send me 2 pairs of jeans as compensation. Snoofall have not processed my order, they took my money, offered 2 new pairs and not delivered on any of their promises.
I bought a pair of jeans from Snoofall that were marked as the correct size, but they arrived around 8 inches too large. When I raised the issue, the company offered to send another pair at 50% off, but refused to cover shipping costs. Under UK consumer rights law (2015), retailers are obliged to provide a refund and a prepaid return label or arrange collection. Snoofall did not meet these obligations, leaving me out of pocket and dissatisfied with their service.
They promised a beautiful model machine to assemble. They send you a horrible plastic model. Yes, it is in the disclaimer. But they have to be ashamed of themselves. Yuk, very bad people.
