What people say

Simple, glitch-free, good value streaming

Very simple process to sign up and pay. Equally straightforward to watch. No ads, no lag or buffering or glitches, no unnecessary extras, just the basics done well for a very reasonable fee. It would be perfect to be able to watch games I can't attend for a one-off fee in this way.

We have purchased games twice now and…

We have purchased games twice now and have been very happy and impressed with Solid Sport. The most recent game we watched, Hibs v KAA Gent, which I did not know if we would manage to watch it because of an issue with my broadband provider. I emailed Solid Sport re this issue and was given a prompt reply, assuring me of a refund if we could not watch the game. As it turned out we got our systems back up and running before the game started. I emailed Solid Sport to let them know and we managed, to the see the game. This was all very last minute, so we were very appreciative of Solid Sport allowing us to watch the full game. We will continue to use them. 👍 well done

Watched the Trons0 vs Brighton Match

Watched the Trons0 vs Brighton Match. Thought 12GBP was a bit steep though. Coverage was okay and good commentary. Tried to watch using the web browser on the TV however completely frozen, do ended up watching on a laptop with my son. Occasionally, froze for about a second or two before resuming. Fortunately, it did not freeze during any goals (but that may be because there were no goals)! 😉. Still overall happy, as atleast I managed to see The seagulls for the first time this season!

Hibees 🌟

I have watched a number of Hibernian matches recently. The action on the pitch is always well filmed with great camera angles on all the action. Also the American (?) commentator is very entertaining, clear spoken and shows a strong knowledge of the players involved. Five stars from me and I’ve advised a few friends to tune in 👏⚽️

Hibs in Europe

Currently unable to travel to games, I have watched all 5 Hibs European matches on Solidsport and have not experienced any issues. The streaming and download to my tv has been simple and effective every time. About to purchase the next episode of the Hibees quest to reach the league stages of the European Conference competition. O2B

Excellent Coverage of Hibs' Euro Adventures

First discovered SolidSport a couple of years ago. As I live at the other end of the country, trips to Edinburgh are few and far between so this is an invaluable tool helping me follow Hibs in European qualifiers and pre-season games. I had tech problems with the very first game I streamed, but SolidSport were easy to contact via the platform - even 'in-game' - and were able to resolve my issue, as well as compensate me with a free pass for the next game. Since then, no problems whatsoever. The picture and audio quality are comparable to network and sat TV broadcasts and the platform is extremely easy to use. I generally receive an e-mail a few days before a Hibs' stream, click the link, pay my £12 and I'm ready to go. You can also access the platform by searching SolidSport, although you will then have to log-in but this isn't onerous. Neither is the payment system. You can be watching the game within 30 seconds of clicking the link even if you leave payment to the last minute, although I tend to pay on the morning of the game and revisit via the link at kick-off. No buffering. No drop out. No fuss. And the platform is bonehead simple to access and navigate. The perfect way for geographically isolated Hibbees to follow the lads and witness some of the biggest moments of the season, ie the Euro qualifiers. This Thursday's final play-off game is huge with Hibs having a genuine chance of qualifying for the league stage for the first time. Sadly, if they do, I assume coverage of the league phase will revert to TNT. Shame. Still, SolidSport is a good service and one I would strongly recommend to other Hibbees unable to make the game.

My 'Go to' Pay Per View Channel

Have used SolidSport for a couple of years now and recently Hibs European football games this season. Impressed with their coverage and rarely experienced any problems. Good camera angles, replays and knowledgeable commentary. Competitively priced for pay per view channels and a 'go to' for Hibs games I can't attend in person.
