I have been cancelled on 3 times 2 without any explanation and one because he was out of town and when I messaged him, John De La Fuente, he didn't respond, now I have schedule a 4th time and I am not doing well because of it, this is not helping

Customer service could be improved
Billing was a pain to switch between EAP and normal insurance, and I had to create separate logins for my minor children rather than managing them both under one account. Their therapist was good and worked with us for over a year.

Sonder mind review
The company adheres to professional standards and does very well with communication. My therapist is direct but demonstrates compassion and gives great advice. My only gripe is the video call audio digress not work so we spend the initial 5 to 10 minutes trying to figure that out before moving on to a different solution. We've checked settings on both our devices and everything checks out, but we still can't manage to get the issue resolved. Otherwise, I'm glad I found Sonder mind and Dr. Tran.

Tarsha has helped so much! I truly appreciate her thoughtful approach and candidness about this work being tough at times but worth it. I have nad a real breakthrough after two months and feel like I'm starting to really feel things again after being somewhat numb for a long time. Highly recommend!
