I finally met with someone i feel comfortable speaking to. Someone like me who understands what it's like growing up in the USA. And not some foreigner who has no clue and just wants to prescribe drugs.

i love my therapist but sondermind…

i love my therapist but sondermind billing department is incompetent or shady stating nonpayment when i just checked all the claims with my insurance and they have all been paid. can’t talk with a human. placed on terminal hold for long periods then they hang up instead of answering. i’m going to have to leave my counselor because the company claims nonpayment when they have been paid

Lisa and I are making incredible progress in my therapy sessions. It’s very valuable to me to receive this care. I highly recommend my therapist Lisa Longo, from Naples, Florida. Every time we meet I feel that a lot of progress has been achieved. I feel comfortable talking with her about anything.
