Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. I tried every which way to add myself as a songwriter, followed all of their loopholes in their help video, and the platform still does not accept it. No error code, no requests for information that perhaps wasn't understood. Nothing. It simply does nothing when you fill it all out and click 'submit'. I tried three different browsers too. I paid $100 over a month ago, got 2 replies from customer service since then only asking for screenshots (which I provided but won't help - it's a technical issue!!), proved my IPI numbers by showing them a screenshot from my PRO, and they still haven't done anything at all to help fix this issue OR process a refund. I'm pissed. I'm out of 100 bucks, and I have received the least amount of service I could possibly get. This is a giant pile of b.s., and I'm seriously sick of all these types of companies claiming they will help musicians but only make things more difficult for them.
Signed up and got the ball rolling instantly. Very straight forward platform and information presented well. Looking forward to years to come.

I think this is the best decision I have ever made when I initially was looking for the right company to take care of the administration of my publishing . This is a lifetime experience and the portal is so user friendly.

Glad I Selected SongTrust But PRO Registration Needs More Clarification!
I feel better knowing that SongTrust, with its expertise and resources, is in my corner. The only constructive criticism I would add at this early stage in my songwriter journey is for SongTrust to do a better job clarifying that: while ST handles the Publishing registration side with my PRO (in this case BMI) to capture my 100% of publishing royalties (- 15% to ST as Administrator) - I still need to register my song with my PRO as an Artist in order to collect the other 100%! In fact, I still need to register the full “200%” with my PRO (BMI) who then ST works with as Administrator. A Crazy/Confusing process!
basically im satitsfied with all the service provided from songtrust. but when i get paid, the exchange rate is too low compared to another bank 's currency rate.
i think it would be better if u guys change this.
I’m very happy with the way Songtrust collect from all over the world. And the option for early payment is really helpful too. Sometimes, on registering a new work I get confused as to whether I have a successfully uploaded a recording or not.

Solid experience so far
I’m an independent electronic artist and started using Songtrust to keep my compositions organized and paid. The dashboard is straightforward. I can register songs, add splits, and link them to the recordings without guessing. My first payouts arrived when expected and the statements lined up with what I see elsewhere. I opened two tickets about matches in smaller territories and support replied with clear steps and timelines. It isn’t instant and you do a bit of setup, but once it’s running it saves a lot of admin time. If you release with labels and also on your own, this has been a practical, low-stress way to handle publishing.
