Awful customer service

Awful customer service, been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order and no response to emails or messages online. The fact they don’t even send a tracking link should be the first warning sign, then they do not reply when you request one. Not expecting this to arrive before Christmas if at all.

I wouldn't recommend

My lamp arrived damaged, but there has been no answer from the shop to my email requesting a refund or replacement. I am still hoping to receive an answer. Apart from the damage, the lamp looks okay in a dark room but not as pretty as pictured online. I'd say it's not worth the price, even with the permanent 'discount'.
