The AI bot Alf is a complete disaster. When I tell it to fix something on the Alf-based site, things just keep getting worse and eventually leads the website to an unrecoverable state. I've spent many hours working with Alf, and eventually I decided to terminate my Alf site. What a great waste of time, energy and moola!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Spaceship's service. My domain shopngocbach.com was due for renewal. I paid for it, and my bank account was CHARGED, but Spaceship failed to extend my domain registration status. To make matters worse, I contacted their Live Chat support, and they were completely unhelpful and refused to solve the issue or provide a clear solution. Money is gone, the domain is not renewed, and customer support just dodges responsibility! This feels like a scam if they take customer money without fulfilling the service. To Spaceship Management: Check my transaction for shopngocbach.com immediately and process my domain renewal OR refund my money back! I have all transaction proofs ready.

⭐ 1 Star My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. My domain was suspended without any prior notice, warning, or explanation. I did not receive an email informing me of any issue or giving me a chance to resolve it before such a serious action was taken. This level of communication is unacceptable. If a customer has violated a policy, the company should clearly explain the reason and provide an opportunity to address the issue before suspending a service whenever possible. I contacted support and asked them to explain why my domain was suspended and which policy was allegedly violated. I am still waiting for a clear and satisfactory response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their customer communication, transparency, and handling of domain suspensions.

I bought a domain name from this company. I would advise ignoring this company, as their legal and abuse team might close your domain name even if you provide all documentation. My competitor abusively reported me; they suspended my account. I have provided documents, and they said, "We cannot remove the suspension; we conducted some internal research, and this is confidential". So right now I am so worried. I have all the documentation, and they won't tell me what is wrong; they haven't refunded me, and they won't put my service back. I lost 6 months of work and SEO. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
