SAS immediately took care of a problem & texted me to let me know that it was done. Honestly, I never have problems with their answering service. I'm very satisfied. The only improvement I can suggest is maybe have instrumental, soft music while the caller waits rather than a banjo.

Taneice reached out via phone to clarify our issue and immediately fixed it. She was knowledgeable on our company information and was able to address the issue and resolve. I had submitted one email for help, received a call to clarfiy, and then she resolved.

Great staff who are very professional. Exceptional service that is friendly, helpful, fast, responsive and very efficient customer service reps. SAS has a teachable user-friendly technology that can help assist every client's needs. Even those who maybe a bit tech challenged. Service and Staff are exceptional!!! The Affordable to all budgets and needs. I cant imagine not having this service for our company.
