I had a great experience with Lacandice…

I had a great experience with Lacandice at Rapid Cash. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable. One thing that really stood out to me was when I asked her what her “why” was. Her answer truly touched my heart and gave me an even greater appreciation for people like her who work in customer service. It’s clear that she doesn’t just see this as a job…she genuinely cares about making a positive difference in the lives of the people she helps. Reviews of two separate locations

I ended up working with two different speedy cash loan locations. The initial location store number 50289. I would give five stars. The subsequent location store number 50789. I would give one star. I am OK with teaching a new person and working with new people so they have the opportunities to learn. What I am not OK with is them not learning the proper processes. I simply requested the revised loan repayment schedule, and the lady at the desk that was over the trainee refused she claims they didn’t have access for it. Which I don’t understand because I was able to get it at the other location. She kept mentioning an email that would’ve come from speedy cash and had the idea that it had a loan repayment schedule in it or something. I never got that email if it did. The only emails I ever got were confirmation emails and a thank you email. I am still seeking the current loan repayment schedule because my payments have not begun and I’d like that because that’s how I keep trying to try to pay it off early.

I’ve had three loans from speedy cash…

I’ve had three loans from speedy cash and they’ve been very helpful as well as paying back. The money is in my ability some of the other loans I looked at her just ridiculous to pay back so thank you speedy cash very much.
