The details of the plans were pretty clear. I like the higher than average annual dental limit on the 2nd year. Although it would have been much better if it started with the 1st year. The sign up process was straight forward.

The representative I dealt with had my records before her, and was able to quickly make a change to my policy based on my move toa new state. The whole process was quick, efficient and friendly

Dakota was my agent representative. He took his time and listened to my concerns. He went back to Ameritas to make a request on my behalf since I’ve been with Spirit Dental since 2019. I’m thankful to Ameritas for granting his request on my behalf. I now have peace of mind that I have the appropriate coverage to meet my needs.

I scheduled my appointment for my Dentist after purchasing insurance through Spirit. Gave them the policy # and felt stupid (while being in pain) the whole time at my appointment. This happened today & the Dentist never even heard of this company. Now, I need to come up with $5,277 to get major dental work. Thanks Spirit! I paid for insurance that isn't even accepted though YOUR website lists my Dentist as one that does.
Update 2: Spirit has reached out to me very quickly & was very informative/helpful about a few things. The number one thing was that some Dentists might not recognize the name Spirit Dental & Vision, but they will recognize the name Ameritas. The Representative on the phone made sure the other Dentist I called does accept the insurance. I now have to wait 3 extra days to be seen by the next Dentist.
I have changed my review from 1 star to 3.
