The "chat" option is one of the best I have ever used! It didn't take forever to get rid of the computer responses and she was helpful, kind and informative. Room to improve...I got stuck on a message asking if I wanted to sign up for vision, and it would not accept my "No thanks" response. Madeline informed me to refresh the quote and try again, and that worked.
