I need to support family ChromeOS and Android devices, and when I ask about that, eventually I hear back from support that I need the Enterprise product, but they won't mention how much that costs, so I have moved to RustDesk.
Every time I am using Splashtop with a customer it is asking my paying customer if he trusts me.
Our company's customers are puzzled; they wonder if Splashtop is a shady tool.
The software works great! Remote printing is simple. I use it whenever I am out of town. I have it installed on my out of town computer as well as my laptop and cell phone.
I was a long time user of LogMeInRescue. But when the company ownership changed, the product started to fail and their tech support wasn't as helpful as they once were. I decided to look around and other techs recommended Splashtop. Not only is it faster to connect, it also allows me to remote into phones so I can remote help with my clients email/data synching with their Outlook. And the price is way better too. Highly recommend.
Fantastic product that just works! Can recommend. I use it to look after the family computer network.

I am very happy with the support. As most of my problems had to do with errors on Apples part I have always received prompt replies when submitting support requests. Splashtop is so responsive and works well even in situations with unreliable internet connections. The apps are intuitive and easy to understand/use that secondary users need no training to start using. Very highly recommended to people that support various users and platform.

Developers fabricate concern.
Don't expect any changes even if support or the developers tell you it's coming. They are not genuine. Repeated requests for changes are met with false statements about upcoming timelines that are not honored.
If you're considering a remote support tool, look elsewhere.
Splashtop is terrific!! I can work from home on my actual desktop at work...and vice versa... not to mention that I can go anywhere with my laptop and work on my office computer and my home computer... so payroll can always be on time!!
