Having been with Splash Wines from the beginning as a Founder member, I've been witness to many changes in the organization....not all of them customer friendly. But I do realize that business changes to optimize their operation and profit, so I will say that through all the re-vamping and re organization I still find customer service top notch, and more than willing to work out any problems and snafus. So in the end KUDOS! You're still the BEST!!!
Wine is wonderful so far, and price is too.
Premium wines that meet my standards for a wonderful price, and delivered straight to my doorstep! Shipping is even faster now than last year. Splash Wines Delivery is always a very pleasant and seamless experience.
Great wines at a great value delivered right to your door
Always a great variety of types and taasgez!
Nice selection. Great way for novice wine taster to sample different wines.
great ordering process - great products and quick delivery
Good prices, prompt delivery, a nice selection of wines with some great surprises, no subscription requirements,
Very quick delivery and good customer service for pickup
It was wonderful from delivery to uncorking! Thank you
Order and delivery experience was great overall, but I was not happy with the majority of the wines even though they were described as "top shelf".
1st time ordering from Splash Wines. It was very pleasant going through the website. Large selection of wines. Just ordered again. Would like to experiment tasting new wines.
Service, wine, and cost are first class. Thank you for what you do.
