My order took around 36 hours to complete this time? That said, support staff were always there to re-assure my order was being processed, I didn't get my order within the 24 hours as stated on the website, but they DID fulfill it :)

Disappointed

I have made a purchase for diablo 2, for 3 runes. After 2 days I sent a message to the contact address and received no answer and on the support conversation I've been told to wait but have not receive any answer. *Update - after i sent an e-mail & contacted the support chat nothing happened.

taken may days, only got half the gold. they lied to me multiple times

taken 3 days. only sent me half the gold. they keep making things up about why they wont send me the rest. they wont issue a refund. thank god i used paypal so i can get my money back

You have been our returned customer for years and must have chosen our site for a reason. A partially refund is surely possible but since you sent back the gold without communicating, things became much more complicated as we need to confirm with our sender whether he has received the gold. Bad support. No communication

In chat with support after placing 2 orders. Been told they will check and no reply after. been in chat for 2 hours with no reponce. I had send all the payment information and yet nothing. Been a loyal costumer for years but this kinda made me not want to order here again.

Be Careful

I submitted an order and when I went to the live chat to check for the status. It showed my order was completed despite not receiving anything in-game. Apparently, someone with a similar name as mine (just last name) received it by accident. They fixed the issue and provided me the gil after trying to reach out via chat, email, and skype, but they also revealed the name of the person they accidentally sent it to which was weird and scary that they will share other buyers name. I have not had any issues with this site prior but just throwing it out there to be careful.
