Take your money and give nothing back.

Put in my order, told it would be up to 24 hours. Waited, no gold. Went on chat, told it would be another 12 hours, still no gold. Asked for refund, no reply. Looks like they are happy to take your money but provide no service in return. Disgusting. Would give 0 stars if possible. Don't use, you'll just be ripped off.

Do not buy. They do not stock product .

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Promised 30 min - 2 HR delivery, turned into 12-24hrs. Still no delivery. Asked again , they said another 2-3 hrs. 10 hours later, they said the item is "hard to stock". will be longer. No ETA. They already took my money. Requesting full refund for this BS scam will never buy here again. Don't buy!

Avoid at all costs, terrible service

The company promise 100% safe service and guarantees. this is not true. My account got banned for 14 days and 1000 gold removed from my character. SSE refused to help, used gaslighting and aggressive tactics + made up fake policies and timelines on the spot in order to get out of any previous claims, promises or obligations. Very unprofessional, unsafe and frustrating experience speaking with their support agent Lucie / Kefu. Avoid this service and use a more customer centric company that don't try to solve issues by getting defensive instantly and then making up impossible to meet criteria on the spot.
